Warranty Coverage
ZOXIMAS stands behind the quality of our 3D metal kits and engineering products. We offer a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Period: 90 days from the date of product delivery.
Coverage: Manufacturing defects (e.g., broken structural parts, missing internal components, or failure of functional/electronic parts if applicable).
Remedies: If a valid warranty claim is made, we will, at our discretion, provide replacement parts, a new replacement kit (at no extra cost), or issue a refund.
Note: This warranty applies in addition to our 30-Day Return Policy. For the first 30 days, you may also request a return/exchange under our standard policy. From day 31 to 90, this warranty is your primary remedy.
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Rough Handling & Physical Damage: Damage caused by misuse, dropping, stepping on, or using excessive physical force during assembly.
Normal Wear & Tear: Minor scratches, surface scuffs, or natural tarnishing of the metal over time.
Water & Environmental Damage: Damage caused by exposure to moisture, extreme heat, or corrosive substances.
Improper Power Usage (If applicable): Issues resulting from using incorrect batteries or unauthorized power sources for motorized kits.
Loss of Small Parts: Individual metal pieces lost after the package has been opened and assembly has begun. (For missing parts found immediately upon unboxing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery).
How to Request Warranty Service

Provide Evidence: Please include a clear photo or video showing the defect or broken part.
Review: Our team will review your request within 1 business day and propose a solution to make it right.
Warranty Service Process
Once approved, we will proceed as follows:
Troubleshooting: We may provide guidance to resolve assembly or functional issues.
Component Replacement: If only a specific metal sheet or part is defective, we will ship that specific replacement to you for free.
Full Replacement: For major defects that cannot be resolved with parts, we will ship a new replacement product at no extra cost to you.
Refund: If a refund is determined as the appropriate remedy, we will refund the full product price (original shipping fees are non-refundable) to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
For warranty claims that require you to return the original product (e.g., significant defect that cannot be resolved with replacement parts), we will provide a prepaid return label (if available for your country) or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
In most cases, we will resolve warranty claims without requiring you to ship the item back. We will ask for photos or videos as proof of the defect, then send replacement parts or a new product directly to you at no cost.
