Shipping Destinations & Costs

We primarily ship to: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Germany, France, Finland, Netherlands, Canada, Czechia, Romania, United States, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain, Greece, New Zealand, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, United Kingdom

For countries not listed above, please contact us at sales@zoximas.com before placing an order to confirm shipping availability and any additional costs.

Shipping Rates (Worldwide):

  1. Free Shipping on orders over $40 to all countries listed above. For other destinations, free shipping also applies unless otherwise noted at checkout.
  2. Orders under $40 will incur a shipping fee $6.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

All orders are shipped from China. Final delivery will be handled by your local carrier.

  1. United States, Australia, Canada: 10–18 business days.
  2. Ireland, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Germany, France, Finland, Netherlands, Czechia, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, Austria, Romania, Greece, New Zealand, Hungary: 10–20 business days.
  3. Rest of the World: 10–25 business days.

Note: Shipping times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Actual delivery may vary slightly depending on local postal efficiency or customs clearance procedures.

Order Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking numbers are provided via email within 1–2 business days after shipment.

  • Tracking activates within 24 hours and may take 24-48 hours to update.Track your package at:  https://www.17track.net
  • If your tracking status has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us at sales@zoximas.com

Shipping Notes

  1. We ship to home, business, and PO Box addresses.
    Delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday). Major holidays may delay delivery.

  2. All orders ship from China.

  3. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Incorrect address information may result in lost packages or delivery failures. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, we will notify you. You may either:

    • Pay the applicable international shipping fee again for re‑shipment, or

    • Receive a refund for the product cost only (original shipping fee is non‑refundable)

Missing or Delayed Packages

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package:
    Please check with family members, neighbors, or building security first. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, offer a replacement or full refund.
  • If your order has not arrived within 25 business days from the shipment date (even if tracking shows progress) :
    Please contact us at sales@zoximas.com. We will offer either a full refund or a one‑time free replacement.

While we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by uncontrollable events (e.g., typhoons, fires, strikes, or customs delays), we will always assist you and do our best to resolve the issue.

Import Duties & Taxes

  • For all international shipments, the recipient is the "Importer of Record" and is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes (e.g., VAT, GST), and any related brokerage fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by your local customs authority upon arrival.
  • If you refuse to pay customs duties/taxes and the package is abandoned or returned, you will not be eligible for a refund of the product price or shipping cost, unless the package is returned to us in resalable condition (in which case a refund minus all shipping fees may be issued).

Customs & Compliance

  1. Buyers are responsible for ensuring their order complies with local import laws and regulations.
  2. Orders to the U.S. must meet U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements.
  3. We recommend checking with your local customs office for the latest rules.

Changing the Shipping Address

  1. Before Shipment: If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately to update your address.
  2. After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address. Any issues or extra costs from an incorrect address are the customer's responsibility. We will, however, do our best to assist in contacting the carrier.
  3. Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, we will notify you. To have your order re-shipped to a corrected address, you will need to pay the applicable international shipping cost again. Alternatively, you may receive a refund for the product cost only (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
