All items purchased from Zoximas are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Applicable Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. However, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under those laws. In such cases, you may also bring legal proceedings in your country of residence.

For all other disputes, the competent courts in Xiamen, Fujian shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
