A. 30-Day Return Policy
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. All original accessories, manuals, and any components must be included. Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
2. Return Process
Step 1 – Request Authorization: Please email us at sales@zoximas.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason (including photos if damaged or incorrect). We will reply within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and additional instructions.

IMPORTANT – DO NOT SEND ANY PACKAGE WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER:
Packages sent without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside will be refused or delayed.
We cannot guarantee processing or a refund for unauthorized returns.
Your RMA number will be provided when we approve your return request. Do not create your own number.
3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
Quality Issues (Defective / Wrong Items): We will cover the full return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return label (if available for your country) or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
Change of Mind: You are responsible for the return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products.
For “change of mind” returns where the product value is under $30 USD, the cost of return shipping to our China address often exceeds the product value. Before shipping anything back, please contact us at sales@zoximas.com.
In many cases, we may offer you a more practical alternative instead of a physical return:
Partial Refund (Keep the item): We refund 35–40% of the product price to your original payment method. You keep the item – no need to ship it back.
Discount Code for Future Purchase: We provide a 20% off coupon code for your next order on zoximas.com.
These options save you the high international shipping cost and reduce environmental waste. If you still prefer to return the item for a full refund, you are responsible for the return shipping fees as stated above.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will initiate your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
PayPal: Refunds are typically instant after processing.
Credit & Debit Cards: Refunds may take an additional 7–10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
Apple Pay & Google Pay: Refunds will be routed back to the underlying card linked to your digital wallet, which typically takes 7–10 business days.
If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@zoximas.com.
B. Damages and Missing Parts
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.
Manufacturing defects or missing parts discovered upon unboxing: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a resolution—such as sending replacement parts, exchanging the item, or processing a return—at no cost to you.
Damage or wear incurred after receipt: Items damaged during play, lost parts, or damaged packaging after receipt do not qualify for a return.
C. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a product is to place a new order and then return your original item for a refund. While we do accept traditional exchanges, this "New Order" method significantly reduces your waiting time.
D. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order for a full refund anytime before it is shipped. Once the package has left our warehouse, please follow the standard return process after you receive it.
E. Return Package Responsibility
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit without proof of tracking. If you use a non-trackable method, please keep your proof of postage.
F. International Return Note
Our return address is located in China. For customers outside China, return shipping costs for "change of mind" returns are typically $15–30 USD or more, which may exceed the product value for lower-priced items.
We always encourage you to contact us first at sales@zoximas.com before shipping anything back. In most cases, we can resolve your issue without requiring a physical return – whether through replacement parts, partial refund, or discount code.
